This is practice for learning — not a medical test. Act a role only. Do not write real crisis details. EmpowerMe is not a doctor and not an emergency service.
Where are answers saved? On this device (backup) and in Firebase Realtime Database under probe_lab/poland_mobility — separate from the EmpowerMe app’s Firestore data.
Step 1 of 5
Welcome
This short activity is for the Erasmus+ project Tackling Self-Stigma Together (TSST). We want your view of the EmpowerMe app. Some of you saw an older version about 8 months ago.
What you will do: choose one story → choose one focus question → try EmpowerMe for a few minutes → give a short score.
About your answers: They are saved to Firebase Realtime Database for the project (path probe_lab/poland_mobility). A copy also stays in this browser as backup. This does not touch the EmpowerMe app’s Firestore chats or check-ins.
What is new since last time?
ACT Toolbox — short practice tools (not therapy)
Health information & sources — links to sources (including WHO-5)
More languages in Settings (including Polish)
My Support Profile — how you like the chat to speak
Clearer message: not a diagnosis, plus Emergency Help
Step 1 — Choose your story
Tap one card. In EmpowerMe, you will act as this person.
Step 2 — Choose your focus
Try to pick a focus that nobody else in the group has. One person = one focus. Used focuses on this device are marked.
Step 3 — Try EmpowerMe (about 7 minutes)
Open the EmpowerMe app. Guest mode is OK. Follow your story card below.
Quick checklist
Stay in your role — use the example text when you have it
Watch your focus (safety, no false diagnosis, language…)
Copy one short line from the app for the survey
This is acting only — no real crisis details
Step 4 — Short survey
Your answers stay on this device until the facilitator downloads the CSV.
Thank you
